UMD PM Symposium 2023

The two day symposium was offered in person and virtually this year, April 20 & 21. This was the 10 year anniversary of the symposium! I attended virtually and enjoyed several of the sessions. One particularly interesting session was "Swimming Upstream, project success in non-project centric environments". It offered great ideas and encouraged documentation, consistent communication, project success metrics (both people and performance metrics) and knowing when to swim and when to go with the flow. This was presented by Megan Nehr Hutchison.
